Embodied Wisdom - Where Body Meets Story

We all carry stories–some told to us, some written by experience, others that have simply lingered without rhyme or reason. Embodied Wisdom is an invitation to move with intention and listen to what your body has to say. Through intentional yoga poses and guided writing, you’ll explore how your lived experience shapes the way you move, breathe, and inhabit your body–not just on the mat, but in everyday life.

Unlike a yoga workshop focused solely on movement or a writing workshop centered only on words, this experience weaves the two together. Embodied Wisdom teaches how “opening your heart” can shift more than your posture, and how trusting your “gut feeling” may be the wisest act of self-knowing.

Expect to:

  • Explore narratives that no longer serve you and could use a good rewrite

  • Reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and how to use it to express your story

  • Ground yourself in the knowledge of where your biology and your biography intersect
