The (meno) PAUSE Orientation
So. Menopause is having a moment, y'all.
And thank goodness, because the conversation looks a whole lot different than it did for our mothers (who, if they got any conversation at all, got it in a whisper). There are books now. Podcasts. Actual doctors saying actual words like "perimenopause" out loud. And still … even with all that information floating around, this transition can feel confusing, overwhelming, and weirdly, surprisingly lonely.
The (meno) Pause Orientation is an evening for anyone who'd rather not figure this out alone. It's an introduction to the six-week series so you can decide if it's right for you right now.
What we'll get into
Think of it as orientation day for a school nobody enrolled you in: a first look at how yoga, strength training, mindfulness, and (maybe most of all) community can carry us through the many, many phases of menopause. No prior experience with any of it required. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.
Who this is for
Already deep in the changes? Come. Wondering what's coming down the road? Come. Just want to understand your body better, no matter where you are in the story? Come.
You don't have to navigate this season alone. That's kind of the whole point.

The Authentic Teaching Voice
For yoga teacher training programs, studio cohorts, and teachers ready to stop performing and start teaching.
When did you last teach a class and feel completely, unapologetically yourself?
Every yoga teacher has a voice, not just the one that fills the room, but the one that carries their actual presence, authority, and care. The problem is that most of us spend years trying to sound like what we think a yoga teacher should sound like, rather than discovering what we actually sound like when we stop performing and start teaching.
The Authentic Yoga Teaching Voice is an invitation to find that sound. Through vocal exploration, real-time feedback, and movement-based exercises, you'll uncover the natural charisma and teaching presence that's been there all along, simply waiting underneath the careful, constructed version you've been offering instead.
Unlike a voice workshop focused solely on technique or a teaching workshop centered only on cueing language, this experience weaves the two together. Your voice is a physical instrument shaped by your body, your story, and the way you inhabit both. Learning to use it authentically changes not just how you sound - but how your students feel in your room.
Expect to:
Discover your natural acoustic architecture and what it's already telling your students
Identify your core teaching archetype and stop teaching from ones that don't fit
Close the gap between the voice you teach with and the voice you actually use every day
Leave with a home practice guide and the one thing no script can give you: permission to sound like yourself
